Below are the commitments we hold in our shared space. By accepting this agreement, you confirm you have read and understood this agreement, and that you commit to upholding these guidelines.

1. Privacy & Confidentiality

● What’s shared in this workshop stays in this workshop. Never share another participant's identity, story, or details outside of our sessions together

● Recording and screen-grabbing are strictly prohibited. If we have any reason to suspect a participant of recording, photographing, or screenshotting, they will be promptly removed from the workshop and prevented from rejoining.

2. Respect

● Use the names & pronouns each person offers, and respect everyone as a full, complex person.

● No ageism, racism, sexism, or other forms of discrimination or harassment.

3. Engagement

● Keep your camera on, when possible.

● Find a private, quiet space where your screen is not visible to any passers by.

● Attend consistently, and notify your facilitator in advance of planned absences.
